Due Date: Presentations will be done in class, November 21, 2012.

You will complete one of the following options for one book you have read this semester:

1. Write a Reader's Theater script and perform for the class
Take an interesting scene from your book with dialogue and convert it into a script for you and your classmates to perform. The scene should around 5 minutes to perform. Be sure to include stage directions for your actors and include a description of your characters at the top of the page. Turn in a copy of the part of the book you are performing.

2. Create a Comic/Graphic Novel
Take an interesting scene from your book and create a comic showing the characters, where the story takes place, actions, and dialogue. The comic should be at least one page. The comic should be in color with full drawings. No stick figures. You can use photoshop or other computer program to create it online or you can do it neatly on a piece of paper. Turn in a copy of the part of the book you are showing in the comic.

3. Create a Diorama
Take an interesting scene from your book and make a model of the scene inside a shoe box. Turn in a copy of the part of the book you are showing in the diorama.

4. Write a diary that one of the story’s main characters might have kept before, during, or after an event in the book.
The diary should be 300-500 words. The diary should show that you understand what is happening in the story. Remember that the character’s thoughts and feelings are very important in a diary.

5. Write and perform and original song that tells the story of the book.
